Service & Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to the products sold by TAB Tech. TAB's warranty obligations are to the original purchaser ("you") only. This Limited Warranty cannot be assigned or transferred. This Limited Warranty is limited to the terms set forth below.

TAB products are designed and manufactured to the highest standards and deliver high-quality performance, ease of use and ease of installation. If you encounter any difficulties while using your product, we recommend that you first consult the user manual or the information in the support section of this website, where (depending on the product type) you may find a downloadable user manual, instruction videos or a support forum.

 1.Warranty Terms

Your TAB appliance has a 2-year warranty against original defects in material and workmanship, when used for private household purposes in accordance with the Instruction Manuals.

Quality-related warranty on purchases made through TAB's authorized distributors and retailers are handled through TAB. Manufacturer’s warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.

In the unlikely event of a failure of the product, TAB will arrange for your TAB product to be serviced, free-of-charge when you inform us of the defect within the warranty period, provided that the product was used in accordance with the user manual (e.g. in the intended environment). For some product categories a partner company of TAB is the warrantor of the product; please check the documentation supplied with your product.

2.Warranty Limitation

The warranty period starts on the date of purchase as stated on your proof-of-purchase and expires at the end of the period indicated in the section “Warranty period” below. To make a claim under our Limited Warranty, you must first show us the date on which you purchased the TAB product. Your bill of sale or similar document is sufficient. If you are unable to show us the original date of purchase, a valid proof-of-purchase is required.

The warranty does not cover consequential damages (including but not limited to loss of data or loss of income), nor compensation for activities done by yourself, such as regular maintenance, installing firmware updates or saving or restoring data.

Any replaced defective parts will become the property of TAB.
